Postage
Track & Trace
All orders placed online at Supermenu are delivered via Courier Post. You can track your parcel by entering the tracking number on www.nzpost.co.nz.
Your tracking number is sent to your email once we have wrapped up your item.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the couriers system before attempting to track your order. If you have any concerns contact our Customer Service Team by phone on 0800 501 501 or complete our online enquiry form. We will generally respond to online enquiries within 24 hours.
Delivery Time Frames
NZ Post usually takes 2-5 working days. These deliveries occur during business hours.
Free Shipping Eligible Products
Products that contain the "Free Shipping" tag are eligible for Free Shipping to all locations in New Zealand.
Delivery Fees
The cost of postage will vary depending on the size and weight of the item your purchased and your location from our shop. Larger items are usually more expensive for postage. Extremely large goods (over 25kgs) will also incur higher postage fees.
Please note: Products cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left at the property and the parcel will be re-directed to the nearest courier depot. You will be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.
Supermenu recommends all deliveries to be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to avoid redelivery and/or fees.
Additional postage fees may be incurred for:
- Large quantity or bulk orders
- Express or urgent deliveries
- Non-stock and/or bespoke items
- Bulky Items

Delivery or postage fees are non-refundable.
P.O. Boxes and Authority to Leave (ATL)
We are unable to deliver goods to PO Box addresses. Customers can request parcels to be left outside their property. However, Supermenu does not take responsibility for missing parcels without signature.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, Supermenu does not offer international shipping.
Warranties
All products used for domestic purposes comes with 12 months warranty under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
However, warranty is voided for products used commercially. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
Returns and Refund Policy
If the product is faulty or is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately (within 72 hours). After this time frame, Supermenu reserves the right to refuse courier claims.
The buyer will be liable for extra shipping cost if the returned items, which are claimed as faulty, happen to be in working condition upon testing. If the product is faulty, the product may be repaired. If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement may be made or an exchange for a similar item can be made. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement or an exchange is unavailable.
A refund, replacement, or repair may not be eligible if:
- The product is substantially modified
- The product is misused contrary to user instructions or packaging labels
- There is a change of mind from the buyer or a third party.
